Pillow Parts and Pieces

my yarn finalllllly came in! i guess it was the holiday weekend....but it seemed to take forever this time!

but it came and now i'm busy busy busy once again. here is the second back for the pillows. i've since finished this up. and now the pillows are awaiting their stuffing... which is today's job.

every time i make one of these pillows they become my new favorite thing all over again! i think it's the combo of yarn-y softness and all that fluffy squish-ability. yes. made up words are my forte. :)

off i go to make more squishy loveliness....

Beautiful Buttons

my newest batch of buttons just came in this weekend.

ahhhh... aren't they pretty?? well, they are really amazing in person! one of those things that are impossible NOT to touch!

and now we are back in business with the eleanor scarves! two will go out tomorrow and i now have enough buttons for 18 more.

i think i need to go ahead and order more now.......

The First of Many Eleanors....

and here is my first granite eleanor scarf worked up and ready to go (once the buttons arrive!). i already have another order for the ever-popular eleanor that i will begin later today. so yeah... i'm expecting another banner year for the eleanor and i'm sure i'll be posting lots of pic's of all the great colors that people order!

the fall season is really getting under way as sales are picking up. i'm so excited to be back in the 'thick' of it. now i just have to make sure to:

1. stay on top of the blog!!!

2. order more supplies

3. re-organize my TRASHED shop room!

4. start making up eleanor's as quickly as possible to try to stay on top of that one!

5. oh and take pic's etc of my new scarves and get those up online!

Flower Power For All

love that flower power! and these two pack a great punch with green and purple on the neutrals. also, she wanted them to use the same colors but in different stripe patterns. which makes for tons of visual interest in this set of pillows!

now i'm just waiting on my last skein of green yarn to arrive so i can finish them up and get them stuffed!
